Vaklin Stoynovski was born on June 26, 1968 in Burgas. A graduate of the English Language High School in his home town, he has a degree in finances from the University for National and World Economy in Sofia. Being one of those people with a clear vision of the future, he started his own business at the age of 24.

After the 2007 regional elections Vaklin Stoynovski withdrew from the business world by selling all his business holdings and firms and chose to dedicate himself to a political career for his home town sake.
